Bug Description

Steps to repro:
============
created one project called “usha2*” through horizon. The same project “usha2* got added in web UI under Monitor->Networking->Projects as expected.
Then the project name “usha2*” got edited as “usha”. Then logged out and logged in web UI page.
The new project name is not getting reflected in WebUI monitor page. But I could see the new project name in configure page while creating VN. Only it is not reflecting in Monitor page.

It is showing the project in monitor page even if I delete the project in horizon.

Sarin, projects updated in horizon is not reflected in config api.

Even if you use the api to get the list of projects from keystone project link in grids will fail.

name update is just a display name update. The key is fqn which remains unchanged.

The UVE of VN is its fqn that isn't updated.
