Bug Description

r3.2.5.0-51 kilo sm setup.sh fails:

Workaround:

Install cobbler 2.6.3 from:
http://10.84.5.201/local_repo/cobbler_2.6.3-1_all.deb

Use setup script attached here.
Internet access is needed

Closes-Bug: #1714323: - Bringing in missing packages for Kilo SM Package

With these all misisng packages and dependencies coming from puppet repos have been brought in
SM will install on 14.04.5 with no internet access required

Patch 2:
Changed facter package, adding missing package

Patch 4:
Fixed md5sum
