edit this file ad set 64000
vi /etc/sysctl.conf

 vm.nr_hugepages=64000
# vm.nr_hugepages=2048

Wrong parameter - ContrailDpdkHugepages
It is - ContrailDpdkHugePages
(since it is named so in upstream)
