Bug Description

BGPaaS configuration via UI needs the following fixes:

1. Support inet and inet6 AFs. Currently, its set to inet, and cannot be configured.
2. ASN should be configurable.
3. IP address shouldn't be mandatory; if not entered, primary instance ip will get programmed by schema (schema support needed).
4. BGP 'Local' IP address would probably be more meaningful than BGP 'Peer' IP address?
5. Vendor string should be configurable (schema support needed).

Under advanced options, only thing we really need for 3.0 is admin state and hold time.

6. Auth is not supported.
7. loop count not supported.
8. prefix limit not supported.
9. the session is implicitly forced to be passive, so this knob can be removed also.

Changes for BGP as a service for supporting inet6 and adding autonomous system

below issues are addressed

1)Support inet and inet6 AFs
2)ASN should be configurable
3)IP address shouldn't be mandatory; if not entered, primary instance ip will
get programmed by schema (schema support needed)
4)change label BGP Peer IP Address to IP Address
5)Removed unnecessary attributes in model
6)make passive by default true
