Bug Description
Smaug is able to support replication based data protection. We used to plan replicate as one of the operation type, but until now, we haven't define its symantic, syntax, and example implementation.
In this bp, we will combine tenant level replicate with checkpoint model, and extend it to support more powerful continuous data protection feature.
