nmconnection files generated by cloud-init conflict with Kayobe network configuration

Bug Description

When using the cloud-init network-manager renderer, an nmconnection file may have been created under /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections with the name cloud-init-{interface}.nmconnection. If Kayobe is managing the same interface, it creates another file named {interface}.nmconnection.

When both files are present, the one generated by cloud-init can take priority over the Kayobe one.
