Bug Description

Kayobe built IPA image does not include dynamic-login element, and Ironic documented IPA troubleshooting procedures do not work (setting rootpw or setting ssh key).

    Add dynamic-login to default ipa elements

    It's referenced in IPA troubleshooting guide [1], so makes sense
    to have that in defaults.
