BT gets blocked mostly by deployment failures. They are spread randomly it seems across clouds and arches. But not suggesting it is a fundamental issue with the kernels. Overriding the BT status.

For worse or better the outstanding VTs are HWE and with lunar new year won't happen in time. So far heard nothing about regressions and using the kernel actively (as HWE kernel in Noble).
