I tested secure boot for linux-lowlatency-hwe-6.8 6.8.0-40.40.1~22.04.1 (2024.07.08 cycle). And it hasn't hit the updates yet. That is why this one (s2024.07.08) is stuck in signin-signoff. Therefore, I am skipping secure boot tests for this one.
