Bug Description
Hi, is it possible to downgrade after an upgrade? We have MariaDB backup and could not find any documentation about downgrade, is it not supported? If it is supported then how we can downgrade? For example; Stopping all containers on all nodes, then restore the MariaDB from backup and then run the upgrade command from the old kolla-ansible release?
Thanks.

If you don't mind loosing VMs and ressources:
Assuming you want to rollback from B to A:
1°/- Call for kolla-ansible destroy (remove B).
2°/- Call for kolla-ansible deploy (fresh install A).
3°/- Call for kolla-ansible mariadb_recovery (Restore A DB).
Or do you have something else in mind?
