Incorrent name for amphora provider

Hi,

while i'm tempesting kolla deployed stack I found that we are setting bad name for amphora provider.
These test is failing because of above ...

Also official documentation is documenting name for amphora driver as above 'The Octavia Amphora driver.'

After amend kolla-ansible project to render proper name for amphora driver, test is passing
