Bug Description
The patch in https:/
changed the current, 2.1 endpoint to be the same as in official docs and devstack.
However, upgrades do not touch it. We should either script it or update docs (lame!).
Also, it might be sensible to remove the legacy, v2 endpoint. This here we could remove only from new installs and add a proper reno.
I set this issue to low as I could not find any change in behavior between the two.
