Bug Description

The CLI is going to look for config based on the services in a pod.

Each service will have its own configmap since each service Glance service has a unique config file. We want to make sure every service has its own configmap so that when we
reconfigure, only the necessary services get restarted.

    Fix Glance configmap reference

    The CLI is going to look for config based on the services
    in a pod.

    Each service will have its own configmap since each service
    Glance service has a unique config file. We want to make
    sure every service has its own configmap so that when we
    reconfigure, only the necessary services get restarted.

    Make sure that glance-api mounts /var/lib/glance.
