Bug Description

Error from server: error when creating "/tmp/kolla-2016-05-23_10-17-31_joEBfA/kubernetes/glance-job.yml": Job.extensions "glance-bootstrap" is invalid: [spec.template.spec.containers[0].image: Required value, sp
ec.template.spec.containers[1].image: Required value]

When trying to bootstrap using the kolla-toolbox, the common role will not be rendered. Have the common role rendered everytime a service is started.

    Render the common role in the CLI

    The common role was not being rendered so the kolla_ansible_toolbox
    image variable was never being replaced.
