Bug Description

Ever since I've put an SD card into my krillin device, I constantly get notifications about it. I find myself at least twice a day to remove that, sometimes more often.

Please attach your /var/log/syslog from when it happened. Seems its continuously unmounted and remounted.

on resume the card is not properly detected, the mount is removed then the card is immediately mounted again.

A failed detection:
Apr 21 07:06:09 ubuntu-phablet kernel: [23236.192179]sd card rocr <0xff8000>
Apr 21 07:06:09 ubuntu-phablet kernel: [23236.192196]mmc1: error -110 during resume (card was removed?)
on a good resume and detect:
Apr 21 07:06:29 ubuntu-phablet kernel: [23237.292804]sd card rocr <0xc1ff8000>
or on my krillin
Apr 21 10:42:59 ubuntu-phablet kernel: [11111.405775]sd card rocr <0x80ff8000>

The first bit in the rocr is whether the card is initialized so maybe there is a race for certain cards, this one is high capacity

I just saw this for the first time on a recent proposed build (354)
The card has been in the device for months.
I rebooted for other reasons and so far no recurrence.
