Bug Description
With the new potemplate stats for ubuntu-rtm/15.04, langpack-o-matic now correctly counts the overall available translations for touch. All is good, but now when considering which translations to include, the count of how many translations are in a langpack seems wrong - probably counting all translations from the merged tarballs instead of only those that matter (for touch). Example snippet from latest l-o-m execute log:
Translated strings per language (2967 translatable in total):
aa__750 (25%) discarded
af__4482 (151%)
am__7320 (246%)
an__3007 (101%)
ar__9581 (322%)
as__10413 (350%)
ast_15301 (515%)
az__4317 (145%)
be__12129 (408%)
bem_101 (3%) discarded
ber_0 (0%) discarded
bg__15997 (539%)
bn__9820 (330%)
bo__762 (25%) discarded
br__6727 (226%)
bs__34295 (1155%)
ca__21530 (725%)
ce__282 (9%) discarded
ckb_164 (5%) discarded
crh_7387 (248%)
cs__23177 (781%)
1155% translation ratio is NOT a valid thing.
