Bug Description
Test case.
- Flash Xenial image.
- Select Spanish.
- Complete the setup wizard.
- Open indicators.
- Check rotation indicator.
Expected result
- Rotation indicator must be displayed in Spanish.
Actual result
- Rotation indicator is displayed in English.
Indicator translation files appear to be missing in the language pack.
