Bug Description
It would be pleasant to have the ability to configure the value of the mailman configuration setting `reply_
Launchpad currently doesn't allow this configuration item to be changed and sets the value of the item to "Poster" (I think, based on observed behavior). I would like to be able to set it to "This list" on a per-list basis.
