bug with no summary text cannot be selected

Bug Description

If a bug is entered with no Summary text, it then cannot be double-clicked. The only way to open the bug is by entering its bug number in the search area.

I think the reporter is referring to bugs in bug listings where we use the summary text to link to the bug page.

That's correct. See the following link, showing # 110902. The link is set on the summary text. Since there is no summary text, then no link is available/shown -- which makes the bug impossible to be selected from the search results page.

Summary isn't a optional field, so it should never be empty.
I'm duping this to the real cause of this bug.
