Search on '/usr/local/lib' won't show #73429 (summary: /usr/local/lib is not properly supported) in the results

I tried searching whether a bug about /usr/local/lib missing from /etc/ld.so.sonf already existed and searched for '/usr/local/lib', but launchpad didn't find anything related to my problem so I created a new one (#120608), only to find out (someone marked my bug as duplicate of #73429) that there's already such a bug. The search didn't yield #73429 even though the exact string is used in the summary, I'd expected more from the search feature :)
