Bug Description
Rather than asking people to fill two almost identical forms to register their archive and release mirrors we could build a single form in which they'd register both at the same time (in case they mirror both archive and releases) or only one of them.
The page could look something like this:
Organisation: [ ]
Description: [ ]
Speed: [ v]
Country: [ v]
Is this a mirror of Ubuntu's archive? If so enter the base URLs for Ubuntu's archive on this mirror:
