Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https:/
2. Select 'fuel-python' in assignee name
3. Click "Doesn't matter" radiobutton
4. Click "Search"
Expected behavior: see bugs assigned to anyone
Actual behavior: see bugs assigned to fuel-python
