Bug Description

The concrete symptoms are:

If you download an individual *.po file, its name is something like po_mp_scenario_
The other templates, but not all, show the same symptoms. The files reside in a different folder for each template.
When I go to the list of templates and edit scenario-
I get:
Path of the template in the source tree, including filename.:
po/scenario_
When I upload a new translation, I get the following in the Import Queue:

We ended up moving our translations away from Launchpad for various reasons, so unless somebody else has a similar problem, we can consider this very low priority.
