Bug Description
It seems there's no way, either from the web UI or the API to determine who actually uploaded a queue item and, thus, no way to hunt them down for blame and conversation (other than rejecting with a message and hoping they read their email).
It would be lovely if this was exported in the API, and lovelier still if it actually displayed on the pretty web page.
