Bug Description
As a workaround for bug 76416, most (though unfortunately not all) Ubuntu Touch projects have settled on tracking bugs on just the package, not the project. <https:/
For the most part this works fine. But when anyone follows the "Bugs" link from a project page -- which is where the description, releases etc are provided -- they end up on a page like this: <https:/
------------
Unity 8 must be configured in order for Launchpad to forward bugs to the project's developers.
(?) _Getting started with bug tracking in Launchpad._
Ubuntu tracks bugs for packages derived from this project: _unity8 in Ubuntu_.
------------
That the page links to the package bugs listing is good. Unfortunately, "Unity 8 must be configured in order for Launchpad to forward bugs to the project's developers" is just plain wrong. Launchpad is already recording the bugs.
As long as bug 76416 isn't fixed, the text of this page could easily be changed to allow for the possibility that the project has already been configured to record bugs in Launchpad.

Yep, I think from an average user's point of view, the text
"Unity 8 must be configured in order for Launchpad to forward bugs to the project's developers."
indicates unity8 has no way to report a bug!!
I'd much prefer an auto-redirect to /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ unity8
https:/
instead of this confusing message which really helps nobody.
