Bug Description
There are quite a number of duplicate questions, and it will be good to be able to mark them as such, like bugs. Some identical questions (submitter, summary, description) have sequential numbers as well.

In the answer tracker, similar questions should be a trigger to create a FAQ entry. You can then link all similar questions to the FAQ.
