Bug Description
Presently, it is not easy to discover how long a mirror has been disabled because of mirror probes. Being aware of how long a mirror has been disabled allows mirror admins to mark the mirror unofficial which have been failing a long time.
Would it be possible on the disabled mirror page, display the length of time from now the mirror has been disabled?

This can be done but we'd need a separate table to keep the history of changes to a mirror's enabled flag.
