Bug Description
It should be possible to queue a code import with a webhook.
For instance, when configured, GitHub would trigger this hook on a new commit on the original repository.

I think this would be a good idea, but we'd need to invent some kind of webhook receiver infrastructure in Launchpad first (which would have some other potential applications too).
