Bug Description

Clicking on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcc-11/+bug/1970233/+affectsmetoo and confirming that the bug affects me always returns a timeout error. (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcc-11/+bug/1970233/+subscribe did work flawlessly, though.)
