Code browsing should have same look and navigation as rest of Launchpad

Bug Description
Currently, the code browsing functionality doesn't really match the rest of Launchpad in terms of look and feel, and doesn't offer the same navigation.

Thanks for this report. Bug 134190 covers using the same colors and fonts, and bug 144744 covers improving the design generally. But until the code browsing is actually served as an integrated part of Launchpad, the navigation will almost always be inconsistent with the rest of Launchpad.
