Table sort by column does not work in the upload queue pages

Bug Description
Steps:
1) Go to an Upload queue, e.g., https:/
2) Click on the title of any column, e.g., Package or When
3) Click on it again.
Expected behavior:
- The order of the data in the table changes.
Observed behavior:
- The order of the data in the table does not change at all, even though an up/down arrow is in the column title, which indicates sort by column should be in place.
Tested in Firefox and Chrome in Lunar.
