Timeout when adding a comment to a (large?) bug

Bug Description

When I try to add a comment to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python3-defaults/+bug/2075337, Launchpad just times out. Doesn't matter if it's a multi-line comment, or just a single phrase.

We tried some DB config changes today and seems like its possible to add a comment now.

Though, it's still a little flaky as it failed a few times as well, but still better than not being able to comment. We will keep tweaking our DB config some more to squeeze out these performances.

The way it is now, I have to retry a few times to get a comment in.
