IGitRefScanJobSource fails silently when the .launchpad.yaml file in the Git repository is malformed, causing the Launchpad UI to not display the latest commit.

Bug Description
If the `.launchapd.yaml` has syntax issues, LP is failing silently and not reflecting the changes in the LP UI. In order to reproduce the issue, create a malformed `.launchpad.yaml` and push to LP.
PS: LP Git backend still shows the new commits, only the LP UI is not updated as the GitRef job fails.
