As a Launchpad user
I want my OpenID identifier to reflect my new launchpad name if I never logged in through OpenID
So that they are consistent.
Once we record RPs used by users, it will be safe to rename the OpenID identifier if the user never logged in through a RP. See bug #236194 for the new style and bug #236191 for the recording aspect.
