Bug Description
Launchpad's web UI automatically links the combination "bug xxxxx" to the bug page for bug xxxxx.
This leads people to refer to other bug reports simply by quoting the bug number, because they expect that LP will make that useful by linking it to the report.
Launchpad should do something similar for users of the email interface. Bug mail should automatically insert the bug URL, in parentheses, when it finds the "bug xxxx" combination.
