At minimum, we should display a message such as "The Rosetta Admins team does not maintain any packages". We may also what to put in a help link, such as "Find out more about Launchpad packages".

I guess we fixes this in 3,0. The url is gone. The replacement page does say no packages are maintained. Lp no longer makes links to the page if there are no maintained packages.
