In comment 7 of bug 234862 the reporter has replied to an e-mail, however their comment is not collapsed in the bug's web page. It only appears collapsed when you go to https:/

This is a tricky one to fix. The reason the uncollapsed content doesn't appear on the bug page, is that the whole comment is too long to display. We first truncate the comment, linking to the full one, and then collaps what needs to be collapsed. We'd need to first collapse things, and then truncate the comment, taking the truncation into account.
