Bug Description
When you visit a bug number in Launchpad itself that is really in launchpad-
"This bug is not recorded as needing to be fixed in Launchpad itself." with a button to report the bug in Launchpad itself. However, there is no convenient way to get to the /actual/ bug report in whatever package it's really been reported on.
Two suggestions: either make the bug id in the upper left of the page (just about the bug summary) linked to the actual bug in the actual package, or add a link in the pink info box to the bug in its actual package.

After discussion w/Martin Albisetti, we've decided to do the following:
1. link the bug id number in the upper lefthand corner to the actual bug in the actual project
2. change the notification text to:
"This bug isn't linked to *Launchpad Itself* (bold). Would you like to report it here as well? <br/>[Yes, report in Launchpad Itself]
Martin also suggested that it might ultimately be better to redirect to the actual bug in the actual project, but we'll leave that for another time.
