Bug Description
If you make a bug a duplicate of another you have the ability to say that the main bug and all the duplicates affect you (separately). We're not interested in whether duplicates affect you, and you don't make your bug more important but individually clicking affectsmetoo on each dupe.
The duplicates should have this greyed out. Only the main bug should collect +affectsmetoo data.
(I think you should still be able to say that a closed bug affects you too, although this will cause fixed bugs with non specific titles to get a lot of attention)
