Bug Description
elmo just reported an issue that many others have also reported. You want to file a bug on Dapper, but going to a URL like:
<https:/
kicks you back to the generic Ubuntu +filebug page. What gives?
In the Malone model, you don't report a bug on a specific release, you report a bug on "the current release", using the generic Ubuntu +filebug page.
The current UI makes it easy to be confused. We should think about how to make the UI communicate that any bug you want to file on Ubuntu, in any release, is done via the distro's generic +filebug page.

Or, we could let folk file bugs in each IBugTarget, which would let url guessing work a little better.
