Branch name ambiguous in revision feed for a person

Bug Description

When looking at the titles for the entries in the feed for the latest revision for a person the branch name is included in square bracket. This doesn't help much when someone is active in more than one project, though, since [trunk] can be in any project.

It would be nice if the project name was inside the square brackets, such as [project-name/trunk]. This would make the feed more useful for displaying on a web page, without displaying the contents of the entries.

Raphael, please communicate why something is invalid/won't fix - the bug tracker can be very opaque otherwise, which isn't fun for anyone.
