What you see:

What you should see:
1. Since Ubuntu 7.04 is not under development, the sentence should not be present.
2. Since Ubuntu Jaunty is under development, the sentence should not equivocate about whether it is. It should also be clearer about what "packages are published here only" means (as opposed to what?).
