membership expiry warnings are not early enough

Bug Description
We are warning people every day for the last 6 days of their subscription to a team. However a typical user may well take a one or two week vacation and thereby completely miss all of these warnings. Effectively renedering them ineffective through no fault of the user concerned.
It seems more sensible to send out a warning 1 month, 2 weeks and 1 week before expirey only.
