Bug Description

See https://pastebin.canonical.com/19617/ for an example of a failed staging make build. This is with db-stable, revno 8256. Current suspect is the recent config change removing references to the id.launchpad.net vhost.

It also broke the edge deployment :-(

I knew landing the code changes without the config changes would break, but I thought the config changes could land without the code changes. Looks like I was wrong :-(
