Show when we link to a branch inline with comments on the bug

Bug Description

When we attach a file to a bug, it appears inline with the comments. It would be nice if linking a branch to a bug showed up in the same way. This would make the history of the bug easier to read.

Consider fixing in conjunction with bug 392552.

It's relatively easy to actually get this going.

`lp.bugs.browser.bugtask.BugTaskView.activity_by_date` needs to be told that bug branch linking is interesting. The exact text for this is in the 'whatchanged' field of lp.bugs.adapters.bugchange.BranchLinkedToBug. It's probably a good idea to include the unlinking event as well.

Note that the event currently does not have enough information to allow for fixing bug 392552. It's *possible* that this could be fixed in the same branch, but not necessarily at all.
