Bug Description
1. Log in as Sample Person.
2. Go to https:/
3. Click "Subscribe someone else".
4. Search for and subscribe Foo Bar.
5. Observe that Foo Bar's subscription tooltip is "Subscribed by Foo Bar".
6. Refresh the page.
7. Observe that Foo Bar's subscription tooltip now correctly reads "Subscribed by Sample Person".
