Bug Description
I just had an idea pop into my head for LaunchPad. It would be great if LaunchPad had a feature that would allow projects to create documentation and help files. Sections / Topics / Tutorials / Excerpts / etc... It could facilitate the translation of these help files also. Then allow the project to export the help file in many different formats, such as gnome help files / yelp files / PDFs, HTML, or allow users to read the help files right on LaunchPad.

I support this idea because stuff like SourceForje and Google Code offer wiki services that are a essential for open source projects to share documentation about APIs and usage. I'm actually quite surprised Launchpad doesn't have anything like this.
