Bug Description

The <h1> on a locationless view makes it impossible to click on my name or the log out button in the top-right of the page.

locationless is used by the new Launchpad home page! Login/Register should definitely work there ...

It seems that #locationbar has a calculated height of 0px - setting it explicitly to 1em gets around the issue, but it would be good to find the cause.

I included Michaels work-around into my branch for bug 431244. I am not sure though, if this bug can now be considered fixed.
