Bug Description
Gist is:
1. better to have more instances - load balanced preferably, vs eg increase #threads on guava
2. noting that currently(!) guava is being underutilised, which is a bonus

3. lh needs some work around config/lazr to make it more like, eg, lpnet[12] and able to share the same directory tree without stomping on critical bits

03:02 < lifeless> mthaddon: is there any urgency to change what we are doing?
03:02 < lifeless> mthaddon: given that we have *a* solution to N-instances now, which we didn't when the bug was filed
03:03 < mthaddon> lifeless: I wouldn't say urgency - we'd still need two codetrees like we have now for it to work as part of NDT, but being able to run 2x2 instances would be nice
03:03 < lifeless> k, I'm going to drop it to low then, i think.
