Bug Description
With the new bugs home page layout, the search box and project details portlet, which are designed to share the same line, often don't fit and the search box appears below the details portlet and that looks awkward. This should ideally get fixed before the 3.0 rollout.

One question comes to mind: do we need to tell you the bugtracker if it's Launchpad? Can't we just safely drop that unless it's an external bug tracker? If it is external, then we probably want to show that in the main section, because we probably don't want people interacting with the bugs in Launchpad (for now).
